Spicy pumpkin soup!! Yuuummmm!! Not as nice as my curried parsnip one or my 12 veg one though!! I've come to the conclusion that pumpkins are pretty tasteless and lots of flavour/spice has to be added to them!!X

Doesn't look pretty but tastes mighty fine xx

I remember making an aubergine soup some years back, once blended it looked like concrete - tasted ok though ;-)

me too - i made some last week - it was ok but will not be in a rush to make again....
