Curry night! Only used 2 syns on a poppadom (Sharwoods ones are 37 cals, so 2 syns)

Superfree Rogan Josh (recipe in recipe section)
'Egg Pilau' - golden savoury rice cooked with some scrambled egg in. Sooo good!
Syn free garlic and cheese 'naan' - HEB pitta rubbed with garlic, some dried coriander sprinkled on and a HEZ cheese melted on top.

Stuffed now!
 
Tomato and Mushroom pasta from the free SW calender, it is amazing.

I've just had 2x Kiwi fruit and 2x pear chopped and topped with a teaspoon on toasted oats mmmmmm

Currently eating an apple, then I've got a banana and 2 plums lined up next :D trying to get my metabolism going even though i dont usually eat breakfast
 
About to indulge in a Maccys breakfast wrap...!! On weigh in day too... :( Just on way to see best mate for the day so we are treating ourselves :) xx
