What have you just eaten??

A concoction! Turkey thigh, onion, leek, courgette, mushrooms, chicken stock, tinned tomatoes, baked beans, curry powder, paprika, mixed herbs and corriander :) Yummy!
 
Just had a mini magnum double caramel ice cream and feel awful as it is my first week and I am feeling a failure...damn my sweet tooth!

Minced beef and onion sweated off in a little stock, added pasata and chilli flavoured cous cous, threw in a little extra chilli powder for a kick! Was really yummy and a quick one pot meal!!
 
SW chips, beans and 2 meat free burgers - YUMMMMMEEEE:)
 
3 crackerbreads for 3 syns with HEXA Philly light, plenty of ham and a banana on the side for the 1/3 superfree :)
