What have you just eaten??

Had Irish diet yoghurt raspberries and 2 scan bran crumbled in . Other 3 are for my lunch * sigh* got to work extra hard now I'm only 10lb from target
 
Cheese in toast... HExA & HExB :) Plus a Muller vanilla yog xxx
 
4x ryvita (hex b) 5x laughing cow light (hex a) 3 satsumas and an alpen light bar (3syn) plus litre of water. Restart today after a shocking two weeks.
 
My usual weigh day brunch. I have a heavy brunch at about 11am, it has to last me till 7pm. Weigh in at 5pm. Course I don't eat tea before weigh in! I always think 6 hours is long enough for food to get out my system.

Left over chicken casserole from last night.....went down a treat on such a cold and windy day!!
 
Part 2 of my scan bran. 3 scan brans 1/3 of a tin of baked beans a fry lighted egg tomatoes & pickled onions followed by a plum & a satsuma . God my stomachs gonna suffer later !!
 
just had a 4 egg omlette, with chicken ham cheese (hexa) peppers, onions, and babked beans with a side of lettuce and cucumber...not a syn in sight! absolutely stuffed now!:)
