What have you just eaten??

2x ryvita & Phili light (hex a &b) a plum a kiwi 2 pickled onions 5 cherry tomatoes and a yoghurt phew lol
 
A big bowl of soup made from superfree veggies :D
 
Ham and eggs - back on plan today after a lot of entertaining and way too much temptation that I unfortunately gave into :(
 
My first Slimming World meal of 2012. Jacket, beans, cottage cheese and salad. Nom!!
 
Slow cooker roast chicken, carrots, sprouts, brocolli, spiced red cabbage and gravy - yum yum
 
Skinny minx, that sounds fab!

I just had my afternoon snack at work of celery sticks filled with healthy extra laughing cow, wrapped in ham with loads of black pepper.
 
Poor hubby lol.

Lovely pot of mango fingers not sure what it will be when I get home yet.
 
First day on slimming world!!

Lamb steak with sweet potato wedges and roasted mushrooms, tomatos, red onions and peppers (sprayed with fry-light) it was lovely!!! Fruit and muller yog for desert.
 
spicy beef stew from the mag. Bloody lovely, made it in the slow cooker, recomened it to all.

Sw haddock risotto, salad and poached eggs. Really REALLY nice.
