fruit, fruit and more fruit! Will have proper brekkie after workout :)

Spinach and Philadelphia cannelloni with roasted veg, chips and salad

stuffed peppers and mash. milk from my allowance and I added 1/2 a teaspoon of real butter. peppers stuffed with extra lean beef, green beans, onion, garlic, more pepper, carrot, parsnip and mushrooms.

made enough stuffed peppers so i have some for lunch tomorrow, and
made enough of the savoury mince so that tomorrow I can just chuck some tomatoes on it tomorrow and make a spag bol, meaning one box of ex lean beef has done 6 adult meals, making it not as horrendous in price. oh, and about 1/2a syn worth of gravy. just to dampen the mince.

I would have added cheese and gone half and half on my hea (i know, not *technically* allowed), but I decided to forgo the cheese and have a cocoa later on.

Well I weighed out my Philly used some as my hexb and syned the rest I never used olive oil to roast my veg just fry light x

So it depends how hungry you are made the full recipe for me an the other half it made 8 tubes in total of the small cannelloni tubes (there just smaller than my hand just so you have an idea on the size ones I used) ... just syn whatever Philly you don't use as an hex
 
Nectarine and pear, which was breakfast. I also have half of a big pot of Onken fat free vanilla yogurt with me here at work, so might tuck into that shortly!

I have a feeling that today is going to be a hungry day... so was yesterday!
 
I had a lactofree cream cheese (HexA), sugarsnap pea and celery sandwich (HexB bread), followed by more sugarsnaps. would have had a banana too but tesco man didn't bring any :( listed no substitutions and so didn't get the bananas I'd asked for. oh well lol.

Ham Pasta salad ( made with celery, butternut squash, red pepper, tomato and spring onion) mixed with 1.5tbsp l.salad cream and 1 tbsp fromage frais!

My new fav lunch!

Been craving white baguette so weighed and syned it and added laughing cow light cheese
 
Have eaten my lunch (rice, rocket and cherry tomato salad, and Tesco red thai chicken mini fillets), closely followed by a medium skinny latte from Costa (currently debating whether or not I can get away with counting that as my HEXA!), and am still hungry... what on earth is up with me today, and yesterday for that matter when again I could have eaten my own body weight and then some in food!
