Me neither, don't like the flavours, but I'd give them a try.

I like the Kellogg's fibre plus, they are real nice

14 mini weetabix. late brekkie.

Sardines on 2 onion ryvita (heb) lettuce cucumber tomatoes celery sugar snap peas beetroot spring onions pickled onion red cabbage .
And to follow was 75g Phili light ( hea) mixed with sweetner and 10g of thorntons raspberry hot choc ( works out 2 syns ) and fresh raspberries yummy
Was starving but stuffed now
