Aye I know! All my food is usually pretty decent! This wasn't so great!!! I take no responsibility lol

Cheese (from my HE options) and Ham omelette - still can't believe they are free to eat, just 3 weeks in and I am loving all the different foods that are actually OK to eat. Made SW spicy coleslaw with horseradish too - v tasty would recommend. Getting a bit bored of yoghurts for pudding though... anyone have any good ideas for tasty very low syn puds (3 syns or less!) .... starting to crave my children's banana custard...

Then have a banana sliced with custard! You can have an individual pot of low fat custard for 6.5 syns. Little higher than you wanted but still - worth it! Or use the banana and custard muller.

I have ff natural yogurt mixed with options for 2 syns or search for the half syn roulade. It's really nice and you can put sliced fruit in it :) tastes naughty but isn't! Xx

Today I felt so naughty!! I had the new chocolate philidelphia with a spoon whilst eating a banana, it was AMAZING! However, I didn't weigh it out and feel I ate quite a lot more than the 30g which is 4syns.. but I haven't eaten any more syns today so screw it :) feeling so full now! I also made some sugar free jellies mixed with a muller light and frozen fruit, a whole sachet is half a syn so i don't even think I had 1/4 of a syn there! yum :D

I want to eat some WW carrot cake.. Does anyone know how many syns they are? X

I thought it was 4.5 syns per thirty? Anyway I randomly spread it on a banana and it was gorgeous!!! Not usually a choc fan either!!
