What have you just eaten??

Veggie kebabs with pitta and guacamole - work night out so choice was limited but def the most healthy. Oh and a glass of wine :)
 
marinaded salmon, and tiger prawns with noodles and veg, was amazing!!

I gave into a craving so I've just had a ham sarnie made with white crusty french stick followed by jelly (sf) and ice cream (lactofree).
I know it's terrible, but I have been craving that combination of foods for over a week and intend to be good for the rest of the day!
 
Last nights leftovers:-

Cous Couse mixed with ratatoullie with green lentils & jalepenos - tasty :)
 
a quorn cottage pie in the microwave (2 1/2 syns) not as bad as i thought it would be - also did some carrot batons too
 
skillet chicken, salad, sw friendly home made coleslaw, home made wedges.
the mayo in the coleslaw by portion and the tiny bit of mayo i had on the side, it would be about a syn and a half, but i didn't have all of my coleslaw so I'm saying a syn.
 
Tuna with red pepper tuna taster/salad cream, crunchy salad, beetroot & some pasta.

The tuna taster is from Morrisons, its jst powder flavouring but yummy. Not sure if syned or not, nd 2 check.
