Went shopping yesterday & found a package of spinach & ricotta parcels in the discounted section, made a rago sauce & enjoyed it, then I checked the syn value O, S**t 20syns! Must plan the rest of the week to regain my syns!

It's easy I use Asdas smoked mackerel as its lowest syn 250g smoked mackerel 1 syn 3 big blobs of syn free fromage frais 1tbsp hot horseradish 1 syn juice of half a lemon chopped chives salt and pepper to taste just blitz in a processor and eat 2 syns the lot and it makes loads
