Lebanese Eggs

boil eggs until they are soft but not runny
mash in bowl with salt and pepper and add
a teaspoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of
yogurt ....should be served with pickle of some kind....
( and traditionally in Lebanon its flat bread lol ....and pickled
aubergine ( MAKDOUS ) it's filled with walnut, garlic and
Pomegranate ) I cheated
and had it on my HEXB of bread and used pickled gherkin lol
 
Not technically eaten, but I made a pot of "coff-tea"...
I was going to make coffee in the cafetiere but decided to try tea instead and ripped open 3 teabags and poured them in...
While feeling experimental I threw in a scoop of ground coffee anyway and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
It's very nice.
I'll be making it again.
 
Had 1 HEA left and 4 syns so had a couple of babybel lights and then a twister lolly. Perfect!
 
35g Weetabix Golden Crunch mixed with a Toffee Muller (tyring various to see which is best, so far I like all of them!!!)
