Hi all, after a cheat last Wednesday and being invited to Ascot on a Corporate Day and enjoying the hospitality (I still lost 4LBs aswell), I am thinking of doing AAM all the time. I have my brothers 40th on Saturday and a Wedding the following saturday. My AAM is due to start on Sunday, but I feel with all these social engagements if I did AAM with the occasional 790, how would that affect my weight loss?

I'm not due to see my CDC until Saturday, she has been away.

    Has anyone else done this?

Why not change to 790, not much different from AAM but larger amounts. Although there are a few extra bits you can choose from...xx

Having AAM all the time should not make any major differences to your weight loss. On 790plan you can lose at least 12lb per month. Would you not prefer that?? You get slightly more portion wise and can have 1/2pint skimmed milk.

I have been on 790 for four weeks...weigh in today and I have lost 9lbs. which is very good for me as I call myself a slow loser:)

Not all that much difference for me on SSing and 790.
