What is AAM?

Hi i'm new to CD, people keeping mentioning AAM, whta is it exactly?

After 4 weeks of SS (sole source) you may add a meal (AAM) for 1 week then back to SS. AAM is restricted and everything is outlined in the CD booklets. For instance - a small portion of one the following fish/chicken/quorn/cottage cheese with 2 tablespoons of green veg. But your CDC will give you details
