I know im a massive pain asking for this but can someone or some people please do me a list of whats available and when?

I didnt realise till about 5 mins ago you could get porriage and someone else didnt understand about bars......

can someone list me what is available in each section
ie, shakes flavours, soups flavours, other things etc etc

am getting confussed what choices i have!!!
