Greek Total 0 yogurt is great. You could also add a bit of sweetener if you need to.

Fat free natural yoghurt is my choice, or FF fromage frais.

for a low syn treat. I have some light squirty cream (1 syn for 4 tablespoons) and a crumbled up low syn biscuit on top.

Sometimes I freeze my bananas and then slice them up with some fresh strawberries and pomegranate pips, that is a dessert/snack to die for.

I agree with light squirty cream! The Anchor one is 1 syn for 12g. If you weigh this out (just by putting the fruit salad on the scales n adding cream), because whipped cream is so light, 12g is a lot!!

I know some people like to sprinkle sugar onto strawberries, don't know if that applies to fruit salads as well? But you could make that SW friendly and sprinkle with Splenda which is free? x

I agree with the suggestion for Total 0% Greek Yogurt, it's lovely stuff.

I prefer the Total 2% yogurt, which is half a syn for a pot but well worth it in my opinion. I mix it with two level teaspoons of lemon curd (another syn) and mix very well. It goes really creamy and is delicious with fruit and/or jelly.
