It's a polystyrene flavour ryvita type thing - 100% fibre.
You can have things on it (like a a crackerbread - cheese etc)
Think you can have 5 pieces as a HEb.
I make a cake out of it just to stomach it, but other people quite like it.
Everyone who eats it seems to show fab losses!
    C xx

Thanks Angel and Starlight ..mmm they may be alright as I don't mind crackerbread too much..not sure about having them in a cake though!! lol
I may give it a go too Yummy, I imagine with some marmite and a laughing cow it may be a good snacking option.. do they sell it at the leading supermarkets?

Nope - you can either buy it in health food shops like Holland & Barratt, etc or they sell it at all SW classes.

    Hope that helps!

Ahh we don't have health food shops in my town - lots of takeaways and cafes though

One of the disadvantages of the online membership..have not seen anything ediblke for sale...just books...the things available for purchase are limited, and it isn't exactly cheap.. not sure I am too impressed with optimise site!

Lol, to be fair polystyrene is too good a description for it - at least then it'd be chewy!!!
