I believe vodka is low in syns.
I dont drink, so I cant really help, but Im sure others can. I just didnt want to read and run!!

I think half a lager is 5 syns, a 35ml measure of spirit is 4syns and a glass of wine is 5 syns

all spirits ie vodka, gin, whiskey are 2.5 for a single measure, i normally have jd and diet coke or vodka and slim line tonic....

'white' spirits are best (not actually white spirit, like the stuff you clean paintbrushes with!!)

I tend to have G&ST or V&ST when I'm out. At home I have just tonic, and trick myself I'm having the alcohol! I absolutely love wine though. I love it. Bah, naughty wine.

Its 4syns for a 125ml glass of white wine BUT my old consultant always told us that if a bottle or white or rose was under 10% alcohol then there was only 9 syns in the whole bottle HTH xx
