What is the best plan to do?

Try all of them for a week and see which one you prefer. We are all different and some of us prefer EE, some prefer red and so on. Try to see what suits you xx

I'm following EE but struggling with having 1/3 superfree foods with every meal, if I have jacket potato and beans for lunch, I struggle to have anything with it like side salad etc ... The JP fills me up enough

If that's a normal lunch, try green for a week to see how you go xx

No just EE, but it doesn't hurt to try to up your fruit and veg daily xx

I alternate all three plans.

Never get bored and constantly planning.

If pushed I'd say red was the best. Unlimited meat and fish - plenty of salad and two HEX A&B's a day. Potato, beans & peas etc. canbe synned.

I'm a green. I'm a huge pasta/rice/potatoes fan, its much cheaper than red too. I don't like veg much, so EE would be impossible. Good luck :)

I've started on EE but plan to switch to red. I'm not a pasta lover, I rarely eat bread or cereal so I'm struggling to have my hexB. At least on red I can still have all my meats and fish free and use my hexB for potatoes etc! Just find a way that works for you! Xx
