Try all of them for a week and see which one you prefer. We are all different and some of us prefer EE, some prefer red and so on. Try to see what suits you xx
I'm following EE but struggling with having 1/3 superfree foods with every meal, if I have jacket potato and beans for lunch, I struggle to have anything with it like side salad etc ... The JP fills me up enough
I've started on EE but plan to switch to red. I'm not a pasta lover, I rarely eat bread or cereal so I'm struggling to have my hexB. At least on red I can still have all my meats and fish free and use my hexB for potatoes etc! Just find a way that works for you! Xx
