What is the difference between LT and CD

I have been on LT for 13 weeks and have lost over 3 1/2 stone which I am exstatic about. I have read a few threads where people swap from LT to CD or visa versa. Is this just there preference or what? Do I sound really thick? (I think so) :sigh: Just don't want to miss out on anything. :p

they are basically the same you just get more choice of shakes and soups on CD x

Some people prefer total food abstinence of LT/LL, although you can do that with CD. Most people who transfer from LT to CD do so because of wanting variety of flavours or to add one of the food plans. People who transfer from CD to LT do so because they find the option of food means they don't stick to it as well and they prefer a stricter regime.

Each has their converts and successes.
i have tried cd but stopped as the counsellor for my area lived to far away it was a pain to get to LT is 2 mins from my house and with it being a chemist i can go anytime of the day i go friday morning straight after dropping my daughter off at school get weighed then go home for my first shake yum (hot vanilla or hot chocolate) Mmmmmm..x
