what is the difference???

what is the difference between tesco ultra slim and slimfast, I'm thinking of giving it a go?

+ does anyone know if you take a weekend break does it still work??

i'm sorry i dont have an answer for you. I've only ever tried slimfast. I have tasted the one from asda which is mixed with water and its ok. I prefer the shakes mixed with milk is a wee bit nicer but thats just my opinion. I think people dont reply cause they dont have an answer x

As far as I know there is no difference. They're both 1 meal 2 shakes 3 snacks as far as I remember. Ultra Slim is just cheaper.

I don't use slimfast everyday, sometimes I only have 1 shake a day. But I do count calories everyday. I'm not sure if taking the weekend "off" would make a difference, but if you still watched your calorie/fat intake it'd probably be ok. Seems to be working for me that way.
