Success Express is where you fill your plate with a third of red and/or green food but have 2/3rds of superfree foods. You have 2 A's and 2 B's and 15 syns but all snacks/starters/desserts must be superfree.

Fast Forward is a very restrictive plan which is only on recommendation of your consultant and is seldom used. You will be encouraged to try lots of other things before FF is used. In 2.5 years at SW I've never seen anyone in my group have to follow it.
