What I've eaten today, can I have wine??

    Today I have had
    Breakie-1 brown toast(HEB) (jam 1syn)
    Banana
    Muller light
    Dinner- Potato,cottage cheese salad
    Grapes and banana
    Tea- Omlette with mushrooms and
    onion and 18g cheese.(HEA)
    1 digestive biscuit (4syns) 1mini jaffa cake (2syns)

    Does this look ok for a green day? I'm also wondering if I should open the mini bottle of wine I bought ?? its 8.5syns:confused:

    so far you have had 7 syns presuming you have measured everything properly (you musnt have had much jam!!) if you have the wine thats 15.5 syns in total which i think is fine but dont go for anymore. half a syn is only 10cals it wont make a difference.

    you still need to have your 2 nd healthy b (definately) and 2nd healthy a (only if you want) if your doing a green day
