The thought of looking good in a bikini when I go on my best friends hen do next month, it's kept me going for 4 weeks so far, only another 4 to go!!

I found day 2 really hard Cupcakes, i had 2 bad days in my 1st week and that was the worse. Hopefully you've got through it now and feel a lot better and stronger for it :)

I have soooo many reasons to be motivated and none to justify staying how I am.

At the moment i'm trying to focus on small goals that aren't too far away, like fitting into some of my smaller clothes and losing as much as possible before my holiday. These motivate me a lot, but failing that, i get out the photo's of me fat and slim!

One thing I have done to motivate myself is in a local GAME store they sell large versions of the angry birds birds! And I have set myself the goal of each time I loose a stone I will buy one of the birds, as I want to collect them all but I will only buy after I have lost the stones. Daft I know but gives me something to work towards.
