What Kitchen gadget could you not live without, relative to SW?

I'm with cazran, it's got to be my chopping board and knives - a large cook's knife, a small knife and a bread knife (none of this lots of fancy knives for me - pretty much everything gets chopped with the large cook's knife! )

Wow this is hard! So many things I use day to day. It's so hard, I'm doing a top 5 lol!

5 - my pestle & mortar. I love making sauces and prefer to crush fresh ingredients where I can;
4 - my silicon utensils. They don't stain which is useful with the range of colours I use with spices in recipes!
3 - my George Forman. Quick, reduced fat meat!
2 - Slow cooker!

But my face are my cups/spoon sets. I make so many sauces and these get used so much from milk choice to spices.
