joined because:
1)it teaches a long term way of dealing with weight
2)no food is naughty or bad so gives you a healthy attitude to food
3)you can have anything you want if you work it in so less cravings
4)sick of buying into the corporate cowpoo of CD or W8, coming off after a week or so and it going back on, and thinking not eating real food is alright for your body just because the scales go down a lot
5)weight loss is good rate and most importantly sustainable
