What ONE thing do you love about SW?

I love it that there is minimal counting and weighing. Makes the plan doable over the long term instead of being a quick fix. I did WW and only lasted three months as l I couldn't bear counting the points in absolutely everything (at the time fruit and veg was pointed too).
 
I love that it is so easy to keep to and lose weight. Even on the weeks I STS I don't care because I don't feel that I am dieting and I feel so much healthier!

Enjoying food and getting a structure of 3 meals a day instead of starving all day and binging at night.
 
For me its the fact I never feel hungry or deprived, which in the past was the quickest way for me to fall off the wagon. Rumbling stomach used to be the norm, not anymore! :D
 
It's made me try loads of new recipes. I challenged myself one week to cook a SW meal I'd never done before for tea every night and I lost 1.5lb wen I'd only been losing 1/2lb every week before that :)
 
And it got me back into my wardrobe and all my fave clothes :)
