What shall i do............

    Got bk from hol last night.
    While i was away on the 2nd week i was pretty sick, throat infection and a COLD madness considering i was in Tenerife! Well ive been feel pretty rubbish tbh, yday was a gd day.......now ive woken up today feeling crap again..........i said to myself i was going bk the gym........i dont know if i should go or not as i do feel pretty bleugh (blocked nose, tight chest) its not an excuse as i really wanna get bk into it!!
    Some1 decide for me haha!! xxx

    Don't work out if you're poorly hun! You need to rest and get well first. I tend to feel worse if I ever ignore my own advice, and it's like the cold/sickness comes out more from the exercise than feeling better.

    I prescribe some beechams pills, pjs, socks and sleep instead. Health before SW honey xxx

    Keep away from the gym! Snuggle up on the sofa with some SW friendly snacks or a warming soup :)

    Damn damn maybe the gym tomorrow then if im feeling better haha!! Thanks for the advice girlies :)

    Dont go to the gym when you are feeling like death as this is the worst thing that you can do!!!
    Concentrate on getting better and then hit it with some vengence!
