what should i have.....

    for tea tomorrow lol :D
    its a toss up between a mushroom stroganoff with rice or macaroni cheese from an old sw mag???

    which one would you lot choose! if i did the stroganoff it'd be just for me as the rest of the family dont like mushrooms, but i could give all the family the mac cheese and it'd be easier than cooking 2 seperate meals........decisions decisions :p

    I think you should do the macaronni to save on washing up!!!!
    I got 4 kids myself and know what its like cooking different for everyone:D

    Personally I'd go for the stroganoff ... then I could eat it all myself and forget the washing up :D:D:D by the way - how about posting the recipe? I love mushrooms!

    its so simple....

    chestnut mushrooms, chopped 1/4 onion, 1/4pt veg stock, 2tbs low fat creme fraiche

    fry off the onions and mushrooms in frylight, add the stock and simmer till reduced, add the creme fraiche and heat through, serve with rice and sprinkle with paprika - easy peasy!!! ;)

    Oh I would defo go for the mushroom stroganoff your recipe is exactly how my mum makes it and it is scrummy.

    yes it is lovely isnt it!! it doesnt feel like diet food at all its sooo creamy!!!
