First time doing LT i lost 7 1/2 st,

Losing 7 1/2 st would make me look awful looking i think.

Im sitting here thinking for a 5ft 1 inch woman what should i weigh?

I started this time at 16st.13lb compared to starting last time at 19.13

Hiya, I really wouldn't get hung up on the number on the scales, I go by clothes size, so for your height I think anythink under a 10 would be too much x

As you're quite short I would say a size 8 - 10 would be ideal. You'd probably be that at about 8st 7lbs/9st? Not sure as I don't know what your build is, but that is only a rough guide! :D

I did it for you :D and 130lb takes you just within a healthy weight range...but again, other factors come into it too. I'm 5' 4" and look ok just over that weight but I know some people may feel it's too low or too high for them.
