I try to have a CD meal every 3-4 hours. I usually have my first one about half an hour after i finish my first litre in the morning (i wake up at all hours of the day as i am off uni for summer and dont work) and then go from there.
If you are just starting out with CD, i would reccommend maybe splitting your packs because that helped my alot when i first started with regards to preventing major headaches and feeling dizzy xx
