i weigh myself first thing in the morning but i suppose its down to personal preference but i tend to weigh myself around the same time and wearing the same clothes

As long as it's the same time of day each time you weigh yourself (to be able to compare), then it won't matter. Lots of people do tend to do it first thing in the morning though, before breakfast etc., as this tends to be when you're lightest. Choose a time of day and keep to a similar time each time you weigh yourself! And like Kazzy says, try and wear the same clothes...or no clothes at all of course! :p

Yep, what Squidge said! As long as it is the same time and day each week but the lowest reading you will get will be first thing in the morning after going to the loo!
