What to do about a "bad" day?

Hi everyone
I'm going out for a meal tonight (it's my birthday), and I know there's no way I can stick to plan, (tbh I don't want to on my birthday!) is there anything I can do to counteract it?
I'm sticking to plan all day apart from this one meal, are there any SS foods that will turn the rest of the week round for me?

Cut down on syns for the rest of the week. Only snack on superfree foods and eat lots of superfree with your meals.

Oh, and enjoy your birthday - it's only once a year!
 
Well that's my bad day over with, been 100% on plan today so feeling good that I will at least maintain if not lose a bit of weight this week!
