Park for a sit down

* I find baking strangely helps. I think sometimes the smell is better than the taste any way
* Plan a holiday you want to go on when you're all slim and beautiful
* Try on clothes you were wearing just before you started and see how they feel now
Whenever we r struggling and feel that we really need something to eat just start on number 1 and work your way through the points. Then you won't have time for food.
