What to do with unused egg yolks??

    HI ALL JUST MADE SOME RASPBERRY MOUSE'S USEING EGG WHITES BUT HAVE GOT NO IDEA WHAT TO DO TO USE THE YOLKS UP?? HATE TO WASTE ALL THE TIME? ANYONE GOT ANY GOOD IDEAS? :confused: SORRY I POSTED THE LAST QUESTION WRONG???:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

    I use egg yolks to make a yummy spaghetti carbonara.. Mix the yolks with some Quark & 200ml water, add seasoning.
    Fry some red onion & bacon, add sauce when bacon is done. Simmer gently to thicken sauce.
    Cook pasta as per instructions on the packet.

    Once the pasta is cooked & the sauce is thick enough, add them both together & serve with some salad. Yum! :D

    ..or you could put them in a baked egg custard...

    They can be frozen in ice cube moulds and nice in a consomme or other thin soup with noodles!!

    Also can be added to an omelette!!

    There's a great egg custard tart recipe in the new SW mag which uses 2 egg yolks and is lovely!
