What to expect from the meetings please?

OMG! What a difference in meetings! I went to the new meeting and LOVED it! The leader was absolutely lovely, the other people in the class were helpful and friendly, no one took over the meeting and I laughed loads. I am SO motivated! I have put on 3lbs since my last meeting and we decided for me to start completely from scratch. The leader even gave me the new starter 'training' that I never received before. SO happy!
