What to have at the Chinese?

I have to go for a meal out this week end (a leaving do for one of my team members) and they have decided on Chinese normally I would have Foo Yung but it isn't on the menu, so what is a safe ish option?

I usually have chicken and mushroom or beef and mushroom and egg foo yung and actively avoid the sauce but chicken and mushroom tends to be a thin sauce and easy to avoid.... Hope that helps......

That's a Good question and answer for me too I was wondering about that the other day. Def chicken dish but wasn't sure. I wondered about chicken in lemon.

There is chicken & mushrooms and I think there is stir fried bean sprouts so I think I will go for that or ask them if they would do a Foo yung for me if it is on their takeaway menu.
