What to take to carboot ??

    Evening all,


    Im doing a carboot in morning, and im just thinking about what i can take with me to eat, so im full, but trying not to use many syns , as it will be a lonnnng day.

    I thought about mug shots, just checked cuboard but not got any in. any ideas ?

    What about your breakfast, tuperware pot with cereal and a pot of milk dont forget your spoon.

    Chopped fruit and veg or whip up a SW quiche with salad, yoghurts.

    I would just treat it like a lunch for work and take what I would normally have.

    i did a car boot the other week and when we arrived there was no jacket potato stall!!
    I ended up having 2 ice creams and still loosing 2 pound the day after haha

    Anything, wrap/sandwich with salad & veggies; fruit; hifi/Alpen bars; wedgies in a lunchbox; flask of soup; flask of stew/curry/beans/anything whatsoever you like in fact! I've put anything and everything in a flask!
