Breakfast = chopped apple, strawberries and pineapple + muller light yoghurt
Lunch = low fat noodles, cucumber & tomato + an orange and anything else superfree should I still feel peckish (lol)
Dinner = eating out to celebrate my nieces birthday so Steak, salad, jacket potato (sachet of low fat mayo for salad syned or i may take the fat free dressing in my bag ha ha)
Healthy extra = 2 weetabix or hifi bar depending on how hungry i am, i tend to have this in the evening as that is when i am more likely to pick.
I haven't decided on how to use the rest of my syns as yet, maybe small dessert while we are out or packet of hula hoops tonight too early in the day to tell.
