    Magic porridge (HXB) with vanilla muller light for brekkie & some wholemeal toast (HXB)

    Pasta with roasted veg & fat free dressing for lunch

    Cheesy(HXA) Omlette for tea :)

    Going to the gym after work so omlette is my fave quick tea... just a couple of mins and it's there all ready and yum :)

    Had my porriage for breakfast (28g HEb) & SS Milk (125ml 1/2 HEa)

    Lunch - Fresh Tuna Steak, think i'll have salad with it & 1 babybel light (other 1/2 HEa)

    Dinner tonight - not sure yet. Making the Chicken, Sausage cheese pie thing for hubby & need to decide if to have more fish or join him with that???

    Doing the fish week, this week, and EE day today so got:

    Brekkie - Banana and iced latte (hea), Lunch - 50g (2 syns)smoked mackerel and king prawn salad with fruit and m/light yogurt, Dinner - King Prawns and muscles with passatta, herbs, chilli and lemon sauce, plus peppers, onions and mushrooms and pasta.

    Feeling less bloated on this fish plan :)

    i just had poached eggs and beans
    lunch will be pasta and veg in tom sauce with mozzarella
    tea will be cottage cheese salad
    and various fruit ryvita muller and anything else i can cram in lol

    Snack - Hi fi bar ( 6 syns )
    Lunch - Ham salad sandwich, banana, pear and plumb.
    Snack - Apple
    Dinner - Poached eggs, SW chips and beans, follwed by a large bowl of fresh pinapple.

    I had toast with Laughing cows for brekkie.
    For lunch I think I'll have beed bachelors rice (v. skint at mo and this is a VERY cheap option :))
    and for my tea I am going to have SW chips, eggs and beans! Yum!

    Breakfast was 28g bitesize shredded wheat with ss milk topped with banana.
    Was contemplating a chicken stirfry for dinner this evening, or maybe a chunky chicken omelette - other than that i'm not sure. Wing it and see what i fancy!

    My breakfast was a couple of quorn sausages with some beans, and a banana.

    Not sure about lunch - might have a look through my SW mags for some inspiration. My tummy is starting to rumble!

    Tea is going to be a veg stirfry, I don't think I have any egg noodles left so it will be rice instead.

    Interesting, I find it amazing how little some people eat or maybe it's how much I eat:rolleyes:

    Green Day
    Breakfast
    42grms weetabix crunch with bluberries & lf natural yoghurt.
    Lunch
    I've just had the most amazing lunch, couscous with greek seasoning, 8 olivies (1 syn), 42grms Feta, peas & corn.
    Muller Light yoghurt
    Tea
    Depends what OH makes but I did hint at Sainsburys meat free morrocan burgers (3 syns).
    Snacks
    1 nectarine, 3 plums & 1 orange
    Supper
    Not too sure yet

    Breakfast = chopped apple, strawberries and pineapple + muller light yoghurt

    Lunch = low fat noodles, cucumber & tomato + an orange and anything else superfree should I still feel peckish (lol)

    Dinner = eating out to celebrate my nieces birthday so Steak, salad, jacket potato (sachet of low fat mayo for salad syned or i may take the fat free dressing in my bag ha ha)

    Healthy extra = 2 weetabix or hifi bar depending on how hungry i am, i tend to have this in the evening as that is when i am more likely to pick.

    I haven't decided on how to use the rest of my syns as yet, maybe small dessert while we are out or packet of hula hoops tonight too early in the day to tell.

    Sn: Bag of quavers (5)

    L: SW quiche with salad, mullerlight & hobnob flapjack (8), apple

    Sn: Another apple...

    T: M&S Chunky Steak with jacket potato & roasted vegetables, maybe green beans?

    Probably some more fruit or another yogurt this evening. :eek::)

    Well im on Day one of EE and i seem to be eating tons more than anyone else!!!! please tell me im doing it right!


    B - FF yogurt , 2 x nectarine, melon and straberries

    S - punnet of Cherries and a banana

    2 chicken oxo

    L - Jacket spud with Beans ( pub lunch)

    S - half a Greggs cupcake ( i have synned at 10 to be sure)

    cottage cheese and mushrooms and peppers
    1 x Alpen light ( 1/2 HEXB)

    D - Omelette with loads of m/rooms, onions, toms peppers, ham
    baked beans
    1 x Alpen light ( 1/2 HEXB)
    fruit with FF yogurt for pud.
    glass of milk - HexA
    ( poss wit hot choc in if i fancy a hot drink) (2 syns)

    exercise

    An hour of kickboxing
