Trying to be good? I'd have;
shrimp salad (trying to avoid the sauce ;) )
chicken bacon salad (and leave the avocado because I don't like it plus it's high in syns) or the festive turkey
& sorbet.

Failing that I'd use flexi syns, have what i wanted and be superfree good the rest of the week! :D

TBH none of the starters look like a particularly good option, maybe the sweet potato skins at a push.

Bean chilli as your main but ditch the tortilla chips.

Sorbet for dessert

Have to say the menu looks pretty poor for veggies - the bean chilli is the only veggie option on the whole list :(
