im have steak in peppercorn sauce with southern fried roast potato's and a great big salad yum yum! Then strawberries and yoghurt for pud!!
peppercorn sauce 6 syns and the schwartz sachet for potato is 5.5 for whole sachet so split between us 2.5 and a bit!

Think it's going to be sweet chilli prawns with noodles, peppers, pak choi, spring onions and a pound of broccoli. Feel a bit embarrassed admitting to a broccoli addiction on that scale! :p

organic scooby doo pasta (ate with the littleun hehe) home made roast veg sauce, parmasan, courgettes and danone fat free yoghurt and grapes...was delicious!
