Superlim me was good - that was on bbc three at the same time - anyone watch it?
She went onto 500 calories for 2 months to try to go from a uk size 12 to a us size 0 - so that was 4 dress sizes.
Now we are on less than 500 cals on LL and CD aren't we? Well her daily menu consisted of :
B: Apple & Coffee
L: 3 rice cakes with low fat cheese spread, Apple.
D: small portion of skinless chicken and small salad
...and that was it!
She got fed up with it and tried other things along the way but she lost 17lbs in the end and got down to a UK size 8. She looked terrible, had no energy and her white blood cell count was depleting as were her anti-oxidant levels. She's on Richard and Judy now in fact!!
Did you see her order that silhouette food?? Never heard that before but it's a co in london that makes all your food for the day and delivers to your door every morning! about 1000 cals a day - very expensive though!
I suppose that seems affordable if you live in London and eat out for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which I know many people do, esp the ones that live in the city! £36 is what you'd expect to pay per head just for dinner with wine, even down here in Brighton!
Yeah but that equates to around 800 quid a month!!!!! I'm sure some people could afford that but it's still a lot of money!!! My friend was telling me that her cousin did it for a while but it didn't stop her snacking inbetween meals.... I think it'd work a treat for me though! The food looked so delish as well! You get 3 meals and 2 snacks per day.
Ooh I wouldn't, I'd love to have someone prepare & cook all my meal for me, and they could spend all the time working out the calories, low GI etc to get the balance right for me. That's be bliss, meanwhile of course I'd put my free time to good use, lying in front of an indoor heated pool, being waited on hand foot & finger having my nails done, or some other such chore.
(I'm sure I was swapped at birth and there's a royal family somewhere with the wrong child!!!)
