i had a piece of birds eye southern fried chicken (6pp), With Cauliflower in home-made onion / white sauce (5pp) and runner beans :D

I had turkey mince chilli in tacos with guacamole. It was yummy!

It's my first day and I was planning on cooking a yummy meal but I'm so tired so I'm currently eating a ww chicken tikka meal. Still got 7 pp left to eat though!!!!

140g turkey mince is 4pp
4x Discovery taco trays is 4pp
50g Guac is 2pp
and I had 50g light soft cheese instead of cheddar which I spread on the tacos was 2pp as well
and I don't count spices/herbs of which I added loads!! It was awesome!

I'm sort of winging it as couldn't find a recipe. I've fried onions and garlic and added broccoli, butternut squash, courgette and spinach and 1tsp of garam masala, turmeric and cumin and added boiled water and simmered to reduce. Going to add low fat natural yoghurt and some cooked green lentils when it's all reduced :)
