Just had a massive bowl of melon, blackberries, blueberries and vanilla soya yogurt topped with 17g (half a HEXB) of high fiber muesli. Was yummy and is my breakfast for the next week as its superspeed
Then at work I had a big bowl of pineapple and strawberries with an Activia fat free raspberry yogurt (free- I checked it!) and an apple.
So much super free I feel quite smug
