An apple and an orange...just weighed myself half way through my week and STS despite being really good so think I need to step up the superfree food to get a loss this week.

i see the kids off to school then have beans and cheese on toast HEX a and b or sometimes mushroom omlette with beans....then that leaves me enough bread for a sarni at lunch and a cheesey meal at t time!!! cant believe u can lose weight eating it all !!!!
 
Loving all these brekki ideas. During the week I have a FF yogurt and a piece of fruit. This morning I had 2 slices of WW toast with 2 poached eggs followed by a Banana... yum. didn't miss my usual Sunday breakfast of buttery scrambled eggs on thickly buttered toast either.
 
2 poached eggs on 2 slices of 400g loaf toast. Still got hea and heb for later :) (other hea was milk in coffee)
