Whats for breakfast?

Bacon, mushroom, baked beans, homemade sausages, poached eggs, 1 WM pitta bread, 1 tbs Brown sauce and a bowl of summer fruits. That'll do me for breakfast and lunch.
 
Breakfast couscous made last night with 100ml of OJ. This has mango strawberry and passionfruit seeds in. I think they are all free bar the OJ.

3 x WW sausages (1.5 syns) 2 baked mushrooms with Worcester sauce and an egg in 1, 2 bacon, reduced toms, fresh toms, "fried" HEb of bread and a banana!

4 Slender Choice Sausages (free on extra easy).
Mushrooms
Scrambled Egg
Lean Bacon
2 Slices of Wholemeal toast

Our consultant told us about them lasr week i got a packet in Dunnes Stores
 
3 low-fat slimming world sausages from butcher (1.5syns), 2 big mushrooms roasted, then topped with lettuce tomato and half HEA allowance of cheese and grilled served with salad. Was sooooooooooooo yummy.
 
Bloody mary mackerel on toast. Yum
 
2 weetabix , a kiwi and a apple . I love having daily weetabix ! my favourite x x
