Have u tried it with quinoa? That's also very nutty and relish.

I have but quinoa scares me!! It's a bit funny looking hehehe. I may try it again. I think the quinoa does go more gloopy like real porridge tho :)

Do you make like regular porridge?

I just boiled it up in half water half milk with a splash of vanilla and a touch of sweetener then topped with assorted fruit when I used to make it?

Hi Lisa

I used 25g porridge oats (dry) and mixed with a a shape raspberry fat free yoghurt but you can use any fat free flavoured yoghurt! Put in tupperware container and left in fridge over night (but others say it works just as well without doing this) then in the morning i beat up two eggs added the porridge mixture gave it a good ole stir and also added one tbspoon of Splena sugar and sprayed a pan with fry light and spooned 2 dollops in left it cooking on low until when i shook the pan they slid around lovely and felt firm enough to flip!

I then put 1 tablespoon of maple syrup on them and served with bannaans and strawberries but any fruit u fancy really! I had this at 8am this morning and I'm still well stuffed now!

Ooh thanks ... Will definately be giving these a try :)

If it's a red day you could have added bacon (trimmed) and low synned sausages. Your brekkie was more green day than red!

I'm a veggie so no bacon for me hehe ;) I know it might seem a bit odd doing a red day as a veggie but I had a really rubbish week last week and a gain so I wanted to mix things up a bit. Having a breakfast with no carbs is unheard of for me as I would quite happily exist on toast and cereal given half the chance ;)

Melon, banana, toffee Muller light & weetabix
