Scrambled egg, 2 bacon medallions and baked beans. Yummy!:)
 
Breakfast mash up ... 2 morrisons sausages grilled
Egg onions scotch bonnet pepper garlic black pepper white pepper salt curry powder mixed up in a bowl fry light a frying pan and cooked until perfect mmmmm
With a bowl of grapes and strawberries for after
 
Instead of my usual 1/4 of a melon and muller light i had half a grapefruit instead with a muller light and green tea :) the grapefruit was part of my slimmer of the week fruit basket and isn't something i'd usually buy.
 
I had 2 shredded wheat (1heb and 2syn) 375ml skimmed milk

Lovely breakfast ideas on here for a newbie, brilliant!
I had a brunch of 3 bacon medallions, a load of mushrooms and tomatoes chopped and cooked in lemon juice and garlic salt, 2 eggs, 1/3 tin of beans and 1 slice of wholemeal bread (HexB). Am on EE and I can't believe I had all that for just 1 syn of tomato ketchup!
