Whats for breakfast?

Salmon, onion, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast and beans.
 
Muller light in a bowl with melon and strawberries and a banana on the side. Washed down with a nice strong cuppa :)

Omelette for me today
 
It's your magic porridge, so 35g porridge oats with natural yoghurt left overnight, then in the morning add 3 eggs and some sweetener and mix. Then just fry, was surprised it worked so well and they're so tasty :) x

I had a banana before my run. Then after running 6k, I came back home and made myself a cooked brekkie: 2 veggies sausages (2 syns each) with scrambled eggs and grilled tomatoes.
